NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 0904412CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and MARGARET A. RITTER, UNKNOWN TENANT (S), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET A. RITTER and UNKNOWN TENANTS N/K/A MIKE RITTER, JR AND RACHEL RITTER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 31st day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK III , BIG CYPRESS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
