NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003127, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and SAMIR GHAZAL, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR 1ST CHOICE MORTGAGE EQUITY CORP., THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMIR GHAZAL and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 31st day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 305, BUILDING 8, THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3934, PAGE 0653, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
