NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 4 day of October, 2011, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., successor by merger to THE HARRIS BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and CHARLES SKAGGS, BARBARA SKAGGS, LELY COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY PWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and THE HARRIS BANK, N.A. are the Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 11-1237-CA, I, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m. on November 3, 2011, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash in the Atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, the following described property, situate and being in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 44, Lely Country Club, Muirfield, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 75, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
