notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002814 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-21 is the Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO HERNANDEZ AND NORA HERNANDEZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE; COLLIER COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT AND COUNTY COURTS OF FLORIDA, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the first floor, atrium, of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 3 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
