Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:

That certain parcel of land lying in and being a part of Lots 13 and 14 of Block 303 of MARCO BEACH UNIT NINE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 69 through 73, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the centerline intersection of Inlet Drive and Dade Court as shown on said plat of MARCO BEACH UNIT NINE, thence run North 51º25'31” East along said centerline of Dade Court, a distance of 284.00 feet to the center of circle of a circular curve concave to the Southeast, said curve having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence North 81º07'14” East a distance of 50.00 feet to the Southwest corner of aforesaid Lot 14 of Block 303, said corner being on the arc of aforesaid curve and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel of land hereinafter described; thence continue North 81º07'14” East, radial to said curve a distance of 5.04 feet to its intersection with the traverse line described in that certain Warranty Deed from the Deltona Corporation to the State of Florida, Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, dated March 14, 1985 and recorded in Official Records Book 1125, Pages 1237 through 1270, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence North 12º57'59” West along said traverse line, across aforesaid Lots 14 and 13 of Block 303, a distance 257.56 feet to its intersection with the Northerly line of said Lot 13, thence South 51º25'31” West along said Northerly lot line a distance of 159.14 feet to the Northwest lot corner thereof; thence South 38º34'29” East along the Southwesterly lot line thereof, a distance of 155.00 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of aforesaid Dade Court, said right-of-way line being on the aforesaid arc of a circular curve concave to the Southeast, having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence Northeasterly, Easterly and Southeasterly along said right-of-way line and the arc of said curve through a central angle of 119º41'43” an arc distance of 104.46 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
