Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 2, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 163, COUNTRY CHASE UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 144, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2162 GREYSTONE TRAIL, ORLANDO, FL 32818; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on November 16, 2011 at 11 AM.
