NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 11, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006803-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and LELAND EISENHOWER A/K/A LELAND D. EISENHOWER; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA; LAKE OLYMPIA CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KEN PAIMISANO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DAWN PAIMISANO are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on November 10, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
