ONE TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM ESTABLISHING PINE SHADOWS CONDOMINIUM (ADDING PHASE TWO TO CONDOMINIUM), FILED THE 6TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1979, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3065, PAGE 1060, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LIMITED COMMON PROPERTY AND COMMON PROPERTY DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND AMENDMENT NO.
