NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-010360-CO-42 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Lakeview of Largo Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and DAVID HALL PUSHMAN and UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, SOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF HELEN PUSHMAN, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS OR PARTIES HAVING OR CLAINING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14130 ROSEMARY LANE #4294 IN LAKEVIEW OF LARGO II are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 4204, together with its appurtenances in Lakeview of Largo II, a Condominium, Largo, Florida, according to the Declaration of Condominium, including all Exhibits recorded in Official Records Book 4113 from Page 1658 to Page 1710, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is 14130 Rosemary Lane #4204 Largo, FL 33774.
a person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
