Unit Week 19 in Unit 1921, an Annual Unit Week, VISTANA LAKES CONDOMINIUM, together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Vistana Lakes Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4859, Page 3789, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
