NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 11, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006149-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 10th day of November, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk. realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
that part of lot 45, piney woods point, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 13, page(s) 127, of the public records of orange county, florida, as described as follows: beginning at the southwest corner of said lot 45, run thence north 00º25'35” east along the west line of said lot 45 for a distance of 64.98 feet; run thence north 87º33'50” east for a distance of 104.09 feet to a point on the east line of said lot 45; run thence south 00º00'04” west for a distance of 65.72 feet to the southeast corner of said lot 45; run thence south 88º28'14” west for a distance of 104.51 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
