NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 20, 2010 and an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated this 6th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004276-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff and CARL V. TRIPP, GEORGIA E. TRIPP and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A JEFFRI CLARK IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of November, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 320 EAST ORLANDO SECTION THREE ,ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y ,PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
