NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-31763, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and JOSE VARGAS, ALL PRO SERVICES CO, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC, SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, MILAGROS VARGAS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of December, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 311, IN BUILDING 1, OF SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 07827, PAGE 2548, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
