Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 13, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 47, FENWICK COVE ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 130 AND 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2686 GLENBUCK COURT, OCOEE, FL 34761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on November 11, 2011 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
