NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order entered on September 6, 2011, in Case No. 2010-CA-023931-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Fifth Third Mortgage Company, is Plaintiff, and Ahmjad Maali, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 8th day of November, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 94, ESTATES AT PHILLIPS LANDING, PHASE 2, DR. PHILLIPS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
