NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-037466 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDE RS CWABS, INC” ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24 is the Plaintiff and JEAN RHODES CAMILLE; MARIE LINA CAMILLE; WIND STONE AT OCOEE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of November, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, WINDSTONE OF OCOEE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 54 THROUGH 56, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
