NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2010 in Case No. 48-2009-CA-030584 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, wherein Arch Bay Holdings, LLC, Series 2009B, is Plaintiff, and Carlos Almeida, Madeline Ortiz, Woodstone Property Owners Association, Inc., Tenant #1, n/k/a Namaris Marles, are Defendants. The Office of Lydia Gardner, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed on the 1st day of November, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, OF WOODSTONE SUBDIVISION PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 14-16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
