NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the11th day of March, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006390-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of November 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, FIRST ADDITION TO PINE ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “S”, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
