NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling January 24, 2011 Foreclosure Sale filed October 3, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-054523 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York as Trustee For the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA7, is the Plaintiff and Antonio Lorenzo, Jane Doe n/k/a Shirley Grogh, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Antonio Lorenzo, n/k/a Melissa Lorenzo, Venetian Palms of Ft. Myers Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 3 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO 2407, IN BUILDING 24, OF VENETIAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NO 2006000027321, IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
