NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-ca-053720 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac IMSC Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-AR2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR2 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated July 1, 2007, is the Plaintiff and Tracy Power, Craig F. Power, a/k/a Craig Frank Power, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 2 day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 4418, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 63, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, ALONG WITH THE NORTHERLY ONE-HALF OF THE VACATED ALLEY ADJOINING THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF THE LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 4418 AS SHOWN IN DOCUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4751, PAGE 473 THROUGH 479, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
