NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 26, 2010 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-052497, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4 is the Plaintiff, and, ARTHUR C ALLEYNE; SHIRLEY J ALLEYNE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 3, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 226A, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 18, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN O.R. BOOK 173, PAGE 389.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
