NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 20, 2009 in Civil Case No.:2008-CA-054478, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-6 is the Plaintiff, and, RAUL A. MADURO; ROSA E. MADURO ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 3 day of November 3, 2011, on Lee County's public auction website www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 3, UNIT 2, CYPRESS LAKE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 63, PUBLICA RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
