LOTS 28 AND 29, BLOCK 1257, UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 96 THROUGH 120, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD
and commonly known as: 1416 SE 20th Ave., Cape Coral, FL 33990, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes on November 2, 2011, at 9:00 A.M.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
