ALLEN, and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, or other claimants.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, to-wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 4399, AND LOTS 51 AND 52, BLOCK 4398, CAPE CORAL UNIT 63, ACCORDIN GTO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48 THROUGH 83, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with a street address of 2120 SW 8th Court, Cape Coral, Florida 33991, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, (within thirty (30) days after the first publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901 either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
