NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed September 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-060040 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFMBS 2004-BB is the Plaintiff and KENNETH A. KOCH, AS TRUSTEE OF THE KENNETH A. KOCH AND HELENE G. KOCH LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 24, 1995; KENNETH A. KOCH; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; SABAL PALM AT GRANDEZZA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 2 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1301, BUILDING 13, SABAL PALM III AT GRANDEZZA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3754, PAGE 1845 AND AS AMENDED THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
