NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 3, 2011 entered in Civil Case no. 11-CA-1274 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 3 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 4008, BLDG. 40, Phase 4, Mill Run at Colonial Section II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Instrument No.: 2006000097142, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
