UNIT 411, OF ALTA MAR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, DATED FEBRUARY 24, 2006, AND RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 20060000083303, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURETENANT TO SUCH UNIT AND ALL OTHER APPURTENANCES TO SUCH UNIT AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM (THE “PROPERTY”).
and commonly known as: 2825 PALM BEACH BLVD UNIT 411, FORT MYERS, FL 33916; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on November 2, 2011, at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
