NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reset Foreclosure sale filed September 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-061441 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit In And For Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 21 day of November, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 45 FEET O THE LOT 11 AND THE WEST 59 1/2 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 11, OF ALLEN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
