NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-ca-063159 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and FAVETTE LUMENE, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1113, BUILDING 11, BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 1, PHASE II, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4569, PAGE 2210, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
