NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order to reschedule a foreclosure sale filed September 28, 2011, and entered in 36-2009-CA-066058 I of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24, is a Plaintiff and GEORGE M. ALLSHOUSE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE M. ALLSHOUSE; JOHN DOE N/K/A GEOGGERY M. ALLSHOUSE; JANE DOE are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on November 2, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 14, UNIT 2, CARLTON PARK, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
