NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 11, 2010, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-010555, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS,INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-OA4 2006-OA4 (hereinafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JAMES P. MCKENNA; ________MCKENNA, unknown spouse of JAMES P. MCKENNA, if married; COLLEN MCKENNA; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 3 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 61 AND 62, BLOCK 2919, UNIT 42 CAPE CORAL, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 32 THROUGH 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
