NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 30 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-015964, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHRIS MARTIN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER R MARTIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRIS MARTIN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER R. MARTIN N/K/A SALLY MARTIN; JANE DOE N/K/A SANDRA VOGL; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 2 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 5176, CAPE CORAL UNIT 83, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23 PAGES 41 TO 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
