NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 30 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-068196, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein hsbc bank usa, n. a., as trustee for the holders of deutsche alt-a securities mortgage loan trust, series 2006-ar4 mortgage passthrough certificates is the Plaintiff and daniel j soller; jay m. ostahowski; catalina at winkler homeowners association, inc.; and unknown tenant (s); in possession of the subject propertY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 2 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 177, catalina at winkler, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 83, pages 34 through 40, of the public records of lee county, florida.
