NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed September 24, 2010 and an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed this 4 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-052088, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO MORALES; MARIA E. ROSES A/K/A M. E. ROSES; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 3 day of November 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 and 18, block 2302, unit 36, of cape coral, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 16, pages 112 through 130, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
