NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 4 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-055877, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.,AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF SAMI II 2006-AR4,MTG PASS-THROUGH CERT,SERIES 2006-AR4 is the Plaintiff and FABIOLA MICHEL, GUERDA MICHEL, CARMEL FINANCIAL CORP and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A DAVID MARTINEZ IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 107, UNIT 10, SECTION 01, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
