NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 4 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-069162, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWALT, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-16CB is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO VALDEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A ORLANDO CHAEZ and LETICIA VALDEZ IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Also known as Parcel “A”.
