NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 4 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-064255, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and ELSA A. FERNANDEZ A/K/A ELSA FERNANDEZ, J.W. CRAFT, INC., MILLER DRILLING INC, VILLAGIO HOMES, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 99, UNIT NO. 10, SECTION 2, LEHIGH ACRES, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
