NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 1, 2010 in Civil Case No. 36-2009-CA-064224 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, JEANRIGAUD BOSSE A/K/A JEAN RIGAUD BOSSE A/K/A JEANRIGAUD BOSSE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEAN-RIGAUD BOSSE A/K/A JEAN RIGAUD BOSSE A/K/A JEANRIGAUD BOSSE; RAYMOND JOURDAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 3, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 8 OF SOUTH GATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
