NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 10, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 36-2008-CA-021206, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and, MARCELO G. GUIDI; KARINA GUIDI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 3 day of November, 2011 on Lee County's public auction website www.lee.realforeclose.com , the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lots 28 and 29, block 1428, Unit 16, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 13, pages 76 and 88 and amended at page 95 of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
