NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. of Foreclosure filed June 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-015884, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, US Bank National Association, as Trustee for CSFB HEAT 2006-7 is the Plaintiff, and Kevin L. Pufahl, Tammy L. Pufahl and Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants,
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on Lee County's Public auction website www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 3 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, SUBURBAN PARK, UNIT 5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORDS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
