NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-050471 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Bert Voto-Bernales, Unknown Spouse of Bert Voto-Bernales, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 3 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 45 & 46, BLOCK 2446, UNIT 34, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 74 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
