NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 4 day of October, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-002365 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which COPPER OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ESTELA HERNANDEZ, ISMAEL HERNANDEZ, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 3 day of November, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 2, Block C, CEDAR CREEK PHASE ONE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages 5 through 14, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
