NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed October 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-053149 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Cliffony R. Teal are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, February 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 4, WATERWAY ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
