NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2009, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-011114, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and LINDA J RIDNER; DAVID A. RIDNER; YOUNGQUEST BROTHERS, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 2930, UNIT 42, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 32 THROUGH 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
