NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 30, 2008 in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-008376 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and LARRY STUBBE A/K/A LARRY C. STUBBE; kathleen stubbe a/k/a kathleen leo; john doe and jane doe ; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell on 4 day of November, 2011 at 9:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lots 23 and 24, block 2186, cape coral subdivision, unit 33, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of lee county, florida, in plat book 16, pages 40 through 61, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
