NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 30, 2010 in Civil Case No.:09-CA-060703, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and CLARA C. FERNANDEZ; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 4 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 106, unit 12, Lehigh Acres, Section 24, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, page 68 of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
