Final Judgment was awarded on September 8, 2010 in Civil Case No.:36-2008-CA-017172, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR credit suisse first boston msb heat 2004-4, is the Plaintiff and laureen s. pesek; unknown spouse of laureen s. pesek; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 9, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lots 35 and 36, block 670, cape coral, unit 21, as recorded in plat book 13, pages 149 to 173, in the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
