NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Re-Setting the Foreclosure filed October 6, 2011, and entered in 36-2008-CA-019825 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-NC5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC5, is a Plaintiff and DONNA LOFTIN are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on November 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATED IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
UNIT 11-202 OF PROVINCE PARK CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4323, PAGE 262, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
