Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a summary final judgment in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 39 and 40, Block 4116 of Cape Coral, Unit 57, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 124, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 3rd day of November, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
