NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 6 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-70375, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION. is the Plaintiff and PELLEGRINO MASELLI, JONATHAN'S BAY ASSOCIATION, INC., LIDIA MASELLI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A WENDY GANNON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 401, PHASE 14, JONATHAN'S BAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000021492, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENT BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
